While the image quality isn't as sharp as on many newer digital cameras, the convenience of taking pictures through the binoculars' 30mm objective lenses more than makes up the difference.

It's also easy to transfer images to a PC via the included USB cable. And you don't need to purchase separate photo-editing software thanks to the bundled CD-ROM, which includes a simple editing and image-capture application.
