Another big cut in benefits has been announced by the Chancellor George Osborne. One idea being considered is capping the number of children which can be claimed for in any one family. And; a teenage driver who was seriously injured after his car was struck by a train at a level crossing near Stranraer is improving in hospital. 18-year-old Andrew Robertson from Newton Stewart was flown to a Glasgow hospital for specialist treatment following yesterday's collision.
